Refund Policy
We are committed to providing a seamless experience for our Guests, and understand that there may be instances where cancellation is necessary. Please review our refund policy below.

Should you need to cancel your plans, please contact inquiries@hypercarinvitational.com and include a copy of your order details, method of payment, and the reason you’re unable to attend. If you cancel sixty (60) business days prior to the event, on or before August 18, 2023, you will receive a refund to your original method of payment minus (-) twenty-five percent (25%) of the ticket value. Cancellation after September 11, 2023 will result in a forfeiture of the purchase price and no refund will be given. If a refund in any amount is issued you will not be eligible to attend any of the Hypercar Invitational events.

Changes to the Refund Policy
We reserve the right to modify or update our refund policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised policy on our website. We encourage you to review the policy periodically.
